The performance & speed is great as long as you have a nice wi-fi connection which this thing picks up from anywhere. Without saying much, this iPod will quickly become your most used item. I think Apple iPad is a nice deal. After I lost my iTouch4 32G I bought a 8G version from Amazon, & Apple iPad runs much slowly compare to my olde one(I mean for the sizable games & e mail). It's the same machine as 32G but the storage force Apple iPad runs slowly, so in the event you are going to play huge games & run alot mulitasking on it, go buy a 32G version.
